TAPT cares about the health and well-being of our members and conference attendees. To help reduce the risk of exposure and spread of COVID, we will observe the following protocols at the 2021 TAPT Conference and Trade Show:
- In common areas, hallways, and classrooms, attendees, exhibitors, and guests are expected to wear masks which cover the mouth and nose except to eat or drink, or for those individuals with a medical exception.
- To the greatest extent possible, attendees, exhibitors, and guests are encouraged to observe social distancing guidelines by maintaining at least 6 feet from others.
- In the exhibit hall, there will be a single point of entry and two points of exit. Directional arrows and signage will be used to reduce traffic congestion.
- All participants are expected to self-screen for common COVID symptoms before attending any TAPT function. Any person experiencing symptoms or having recent exposure to a person who has tested positive for COVID should not attend any TAPT functions.
