“Thank You!” for being a part of the 6th Annual South Padre Island TAPT and TASBT Professional Development and Vendor Expo.  Your support enables us to offer professional development and learning opportunities to our school district transportation operations and shop staff.

Exhibitor Spaces
Table Top ONLY spaces with one table and 2 chairs. (Please do not bring large backdrop or equipment that will not fit behind a six ft table.)  There will be approximately 3 feet between each exhibitor table. Each exhibit space will have approximately 4 feet of space behind the table. Pop Up type banners are appropriate behind the table or standard size (about 2 ½ feet wide) pop-up banner on one side of the table. Elaborate displays with significant depth that might normally be used in an exhibit booth are not appropriate for this set up.
If you wish to display equipment or need a larger space, please register for 2 spaces if available.
Booth Fee Includes: Badges for two representatives and Saturday evening cash bar reception.  Additional booth attendee badges available for a fee.  Must have badge to attend the booth.

Door Prizes:  If you would like to offer door prizes during the Expo you may collect business cards or use our tickets which will be distributed in the classroom.  Must be present to win.  
Exhibit Spaces will be in the foyer area and adjoining meeting space.

Hotel Shipping and Storage Information:  Packages may be delivered to the Hotel within 48 hours of the date of the function.  Packages or materials of excessive weight or value must be approved for receipt by the Hotel prior to shipping.  Contact the Conference Services Manager Teri Murphy for more info.
