Payment Policies

Thank you for your transaction with Texas Association for Pupil Transportation!

Fulfillment
Confirmation of event registrations and membership purchases will delivered via email to the customer's email address provided at the time of registration or membership purchase.

Refunds and Cancellation Policies
Each TAPT registration event requires payment in full prior to the beginning of the event or the registration will be cancelled without refund.
Cancellations on or before the registration and payment deadline stated for each event will result in a refund of registration for the event less any admininstrative fees that are indicated for the specific event. No refunds will be issued after the stated cancellation deadline for the specific event.

Membership Fees
Payments for annual membership fees are non-refundable. Memberships may not be transferred from one person to another.

Security
Payments collected by TAPT through the Open Invoice Payment form on the TAPT website are processed through Stripe. Your credit card information is not transmitted, processed, or stored by TAPT or Cognito Forms, the web form service used by TAPT. All sensitive transaction data is transmitted directly from your internet browser to Stripe for secure processing.
